Education Implementation Program Development of COE Education Implementation Program Goal: Output of PhDs with high scientific judgment and management capability toward the future leader in academia and industries. Plan: 1. Education program to merge and unify of 3 core fields New Major for Semiconductor Integration Sciences in Graduate School 2. Improve Quality of the doctor-course program to have future leader quality. a) Double-major & several supervisors to master the spectrum from device to system b) Practical and management capabilities through design, and fabrication experience c) Conditions for the PhD acquirement: - Presentation of research results at a major international conference - Thesis evaluation by a foreign researcher and a professor d) International sense and communication by international workshops and cooperative research
