SSDM Award

Shibahara Kentaro, Associate Professor

SSDM award is given for an outstanding contribution to the field of solid state devices and materials, among papers presented at previous conferences (prior to 1998).

SSDM 2005 presents the SSDM Award to K. Shibahara and 4 co-authers for an original proposal entitled "Step-Controlled VPE Growth of SiC Single Crystals at Low Temperatures," which was presented at the International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials held in Tokyo in 1987.
